We collect statistical information about how Members, Users, and visitors, collectively, use the Platform (“Aggregate Information”). Some of this information is derived from your Personal Information or Member Content, but this statistical information is neither Personal Information nor Member Content and cannot be tied back to you, your Account or your web browser. The Aggregate Information remains the Company’s sole and exclusive property and Members, Users, and visitors, collectively, receive no right, title of interest in or to the Aggregate Information.
How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to provide, maintain, protect, improve, and enable Users and Members to access and use the Platform, as well as to develop new services for the Platform, and to protect the rights, safety, interests, or property of the Company, Members and/or Users.
We use your Personal Information to process and administer details of your Account, to communicate with you, to respond to your requests regarding the Platform, to provide you with opportunities, and to keep you up to date with new developments at the Company.
We use information provided by you and other Members and Users in our compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and other legal mandates and to enforce the terms of our agreements and other rights. As such, we may disclose information to nonaffiliated third parties, as permitted or required by law or to cooperate with regulators or law enforcement authorities; which parties include government and/or regulatory organizations, such as the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) and the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), as well as any equivalent states agencies, and to parties that request this information under court order or subpoena.

Disclosure of Your Information
Business transfers. To our Payment Processor for the purposes of completing transactions you have initiated through the Platform (including directly with our customer service representatives) to complete transactions, enroll you in discount, rebate, and other programs in which you elect to participate, protecting against or identifying possible fraudulent transactions, and otherwise as needed to manage our business.
Additionally, we may share Aggregate Information with our partners, service providers and other persons with whom we conduct business. We share this type of statistical data so that our partners can understand how and how often people use the Platform and their services or websites, which facilitates improving both their services and how our Platform interfaces with them. In addition, these third parties may share with us non-private, aggregated or otherwise non-Personal Information about you that they have independently developed or acquired.

Although we allow you to set privacy options that limit access to your Personal Information and Content, in addition to our security measures described above, no security measures are perfect or impenetrable. We cannot guarantee that only authorized persons will view your Personal Information and Content. We cannot ensure that information you share on our website will not become publicly available. We are not responsible for third party circumvention of any privacy settings or security measures on our Platform. You can reduce these risks by using common sense security practices such as choosing a strong password and using up to date antivirus software.

Deleting Your Account
Should you ever decide to delete your Account, you may do so by emailing us at TheTeam@shalebox.com. If you terminate your Account, any association between your Account and information we store will no longer be accessible through your Account.
